Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss is one of the most well-known and successful Country Singer who was born on the 23rd July in Decatur Illinois United States. LeAnn Kymes and she were two of the earliest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss was born in July 1971. Alison is a bluegrass and country singer. She was a teenager when she began her journey into the music world, having won local contests from the age of 10 of age and recording her first album at the age of 14 years. The year 1985 saw her signing to Rounder Records. Her first solo album was released in 1987. The album was also a part of the band Alison Krauss Union Station where she still performs. In 1989, she released her first solo album her debut solo album debuted in conjunction with the band.
