Lindsey Vonn was born in 1984. She is currently retiring. In 2010, she won 4 World Cup events, including the downhill medal. The only female skier who holds the second highest Super Score. She is the top skier in history and is the most popular throughout her home country of the United States. Caroline Vonn, also known by the name Lindsey Vonn, is an American World Cup alpine racer that is part of the US Ski Team. She has been the winner of all-around World Cup competition four times. She is an athlete who has made her name in American culture. She is one of just six women to has won in each of the five skiing alpine World Cup events. Overall, she has earned more than 80 World Cup titles. A world-class skier and one of America's most successful ski racers have decided to retire after the World Championships that will be held in Sweden. Numerous health issues led this multiple World Cup Overall Champion to decide that she would retire. Social media was the method used to make her announcement of retirement. The World Championships for Downhill and the SG race in Re Sweden will mark my final races in Re Sweden.
