April Bowlby, an American model and actress from the United States. She has been known for her role as Kandi on the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby (born April Michelle Bowlby) is an American Actor who is best known for playing Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva as well as Kandi the TV sitcom Two and a Half Men. Modeling was her first career before she moved into films and TV series. In the role of an extra, she made her small-screen debut in the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. On Two and a Half Men, Bowlby was cast as Kandi. The role she played as Stacy Barrett in the popular TV show Drop Dead Diva has earned Bowlby widespread recognition throughout the world. Bowlby played the role of Rita Farr/Elastigirl in Titans, an American web-series Titans. She will be reprising her role in a spinoff series from the Doom Patrol series.
