Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England), is an English singer/songwriter. She gained the attention of the world in 2010 through her hits "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses," British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly climbed to the top of the charts with her energetic electronic pop. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. The soprano's quirk and her capacity to create catchy and emotional songs put her in the forefront of popular music of the present as well as arty and independent pop. In the end, she signed a major-label contract with Polydor Records and began making preparations to launch her debut album.
