Heidi Watney was born May 19, 1981. She is an American sportscaster who is an editor at Apple TV+. One of her achievements was being a National Merit Scholar. She attended the University of San Diego with an academic scholarship. She graduated in 2003 with honors. Watney was the first runner-up in Miss California USA 2002. Watney began her career at KMPH-TV in Fresno in September 2003. She started as a morning traffic reporter, before moving to the anchor for weekend sports and the weekday sports reporter in 2005. She arrived in Massachusetts in 2008 to begin her work at New England Sports Network (NESN). She worked as an official reporter on gamedays for the Boston Red Sox. Watney also hosted the Ultimate Red Sox Show and Red Sox Report.In January 2012, Watney began working for Time Warner Cable SportsNet as a reporter for LA Galaxy.
